Now let's say you want to add in grappling. Now separate the remaining time in each day for Kumite (Shiai, Jiyu, and/or Step Sparring), Conditional drills, Technical Exercises, Hojo Undo, and Kata (with or without Bunkai Drills). Kihon will probably be practiced every class as well. How would you allocate time for everything including consistent warm ups, stretching, bowing, and moment of meditation. Let's say you have three 45-1 hour classes a week.
